Jason - one of the scope options for checking local files is to inspect selected files and folders in Files panel. That's typically how I use it - select the individual HTML files in the root and relevant folders. It automatically goes traverses subfolders as well.

On the dynamic front - that was an feature we didn't include in v1, but a real possibility for a later version.

Purchased this tonight.. and I am very disappointed

Most of our sites are dynamic.. so it will only check local files

Even on static sites, if I select single files, it shows no issues (complete source code)
but I do get results when I have it scan the whole local site (which is useless on the results as it goes into folders/files that are not desired (admin, includes and such)
