I am new to web design, just started really. I am literally on my second project of the html mailer for my church. Even though I've tried to follow all I know about writing clean code, my letter is not perfect yet. For example, when it comes to my email (yahoo address) all the copy is centered. And trust me I went back made sure my paragraph style look like this p {align: left;}. Can you help me to find out what I am missing?

ALA has been a must-read for about eight years now and I was all over the archives when I first discovered it...

Thanks for keeping it going in such fine style and with such relevant substance.

Once again I'd like to thank you, Jeffrey. My career would have been very different without A List Apart (and webdesign-l, as well). I learned how to do the things I needed to, and back when we were all somewhat new at this, I could help someone else out every once in a while, too. You have always been a source of answers for me, and I really appreciate that you share so much of your knowledge with the rest of us.
